Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Client may cancel the Services at any time by providing Service Provider with 24-12 hrs written notice. If required noticed of 12 hours is not received the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee for that session. If required noticed of 24 hours is not received the scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the scheduled fee for that session. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing the other party with 7 days written notice. Service Provider shall be entitled to payment for all Services performed up to the date of termination. If either party believes there has been a breach of contract, the agreement may be terminated immediately, without the requirement of a notice or termination period. Bugs and Vermin Service provider is not responsible for the presence of bugs, vermin, or infestations within the property. If an infestation is identified during service, the client will be notified immediately. As infestations are considered a biohazard, services cannot be completed until appropriate pest control measures have been carried out. Access to Property It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all keys, codes, and entry details required to access the property are provided to the service provider prior to the scheduled service. If access cannot be gained due to changed or withheld codes/keys, standard cancellation terms will apply. Weekend and public holiday charges The service provider charges 20% of the total of the invoice for Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays Insurance Service Provider shall maintain, at its own expense, liability insurance. Service Provider shall provide Client with proof of insurance upon request. Guarantee Service Provider guarantees that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, and that all equipment and materials used in connection with the Services will be of good quality and safe for their intended use. The service provider follows all workplace health and safety regulations. We will not undertake any work that falls outside these standards, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the parties.
