Service Description
The price of this package is JUST the initial or once off clean. Please note the price given on the booking is based on a 1-3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Prices will vary for smaller or larger houses. Please ensure you have added any extra bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, media rooms etc when making a booking. Regular booking prices are; Weekly/fortnightly $130 or Monthly $160 for 1-3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. or Weekly/fortnightly $150 or Monthly $190 for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom houses. Please note that we are not scheduled for a set amount of hours. We stay until the full job that is described bellow is complete. If the client does not believe everything on the checklist given, is not complete, the service provider will come back and complete the task. Kitchen Wipe down all countertops and cabinets Clean the sink and faucet Clean the stove top Clean the microwave inside and out Clean the outside of refrigerator mop and vacuum the floor Clean the exterior of all appliances Clean the backsplash and tiles Clean all switches and outlets Basic wipe of oven Rangehood Bedrooms and common areas Dust all surfaces and skirtings Dust Window sills Vacuum and mop floors Basic front door clean Dust blinds Laundry Bathroom Clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces Wipe down all countertops and cabinets Clean the tiles and grout Clean all switches and outlets Sweep and mop or vacuum the floor Clean the exterior of the toilet and bathtub
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Client may cancel the services at any time by providing Service Provider with 12 hrs written notice. If required noticed is not received, the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee. Should a cleaner arrive at your scheduled appointment and you are not at home or at the location of the appointment with no prior notice, the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee for that session. Public Holidays Miss Meticulous remains open for public holidays unless otherwise informed of their closure. Client must give appropriate notice to cancel if they do not wish to continue with their cleans Entry Requirements Miss Meticulous is not responsible for animal faces or bugs/vermin. Please ensure if you are in need of pest extermination you do so before booking with Miss Meticulous. Also ensure, that all animal faeces are picked up and discarded properly before Miss Meticulous enters the property. in the event that there is animal faces or bugs/vermin at the property when the service provider is there, they can make a decision to either cancel the session at full cost to the client or clean around those areas, depending on the severity. Pets and children Miss Meticulous is not responsible for the Safety of pets and children. Please insure pets and children are safe from doors, cleaning products and wet floors. Insurance Service Provider shall maintain, at its own expense, liability insurance. Service Provider shall provide Client with proof of insurance upon request.
