Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Client may cancel the services at any time by providing Service Provider with 12 hrs written notice. If required noticed is not received, the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee. Should a cleaner arrive at your scheduled appointment and you are not at home or at the location of the appointment with no prior notice, the scheduled session will be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee for that session. Public Holidays Miss Meticulous remains open for public holidays unless otherwise informed of their closure. Client must give appropriate notice to cancel if they do not wish to continue with their cleans Entry Requirements Miss Meticulous is not responsible for animal faces or bugs/vermin. Please ensure if you are in need of pest extermination you do so before booking with Miss Meticulous. Also ensure, that all animal faeces are picked up and discarded properly before Miss Meticulous enters the property. in the event that there is animal faces or bugs/vermin at the property when the service provider is there, they can make a decision to either cancel the session at full cost to the client or clean around those areas, depending on the severity. Pets and children Miss Meticulous is not responsible for the Safety of pets and children. Please insure pets and children are safe from doors, cleaning products and wet floors. Insurance Service Provider shall maintain, at its own expense, liability insurance. Service Provider shall provide Client with proof of insurance upon request.
